About me
I am René van de Schraaf, and my passion is to help you achieve a life full of positivity, happiness and health.
After years of service in the military, where I have experienced a lot and held various positions, I felt it was time for a change. In 2006 I decided to change my life because I was no longer happy. I was looking for a new challenge that would offer me more freedom and where I could help others live a more positive life.
In my search I came across a concept that perfectly matched my wishes. I started it part-time, while working in education. But I soon noticed that this concept gave me so much satisfaction, both in terms of work and income, that after 3 years I decided to say goodbye to my job in education and focus entirely on my own business.
Now I have control over my life. I decide when, where and with whom I work. This freedom gives me peace and the opportunity to set my own goals and pursue them with enthusiasm. It is a joyful activity to follow my own motivation and achieve goals without pressure from others.
I started my journey as a Lifestyle Coach, but soon combined my passion for positivity with my business and expanded my activities. My experience in defense and my business has led me to share my knowledge and insights with others, so that they can also build a happier and more positive life. That's why I am now an Online Vitality Motivator for Health, Happiness and Positivity.
It is a great feeling to experience how, thanks to my guidance, people lead happier, more positive lives and have more energy.
